Unilever aimed to develop a rewards program that informs customers about the specific type of good attached to the product they are using or consuming. Through this system, users can scan their purchase receipts to earn reward points, which can then be redeemed for discounts or benefits on future purchases.

When Unilever approached us, they had already developed the comprehensive technical framework for their rewards program. Our responsibility was to design engaging user journeys and visually appealing interfaces. Over an eight-month collaboration, we worked together to create an mobile and a website with web app functionality, providing users with a seamless and intuitive experience.

Challenge
IMFA’s prior digital presence failed to convey their integrated operations, production scale, and CSR efforts like environment and community initiatives effectively. Fragmented navigation hindered stakeholder engagement, from partners to investors, amid evolving industry needs like renewable energy expansions.
The redesign aimed to centralize business overview, recent press (e.g., Q3 FY25 results, JSW JV), and sustainability messaging for clearer investor relations and talent attraction.

Solution
Your team partnered with IMFA’s brand stakeholders using research-driven UX practices, redesigning information architecture for intuitive sections like Business at a Glance, In Focus, and Beyond Business. Custom visuals for stats, timelines, and initiatives ensured scalability and mobile responsiveness.
Iterative collaboration via Kanban integrated mining/power narratives with career and press sections, optimizing for global partners and local communities.




Outcome
The revamped site boosted user engagement with clear business metrics, sustainability highlights, and easy access to press releases/careers, reducing bounce rates and enhancing brand perception. It positioned IMFA as an innovative leader, supporting expansions like renewable energy and JVs while improving stakeholder interactions.
